Pandan Kiwi Mouse Cake

 A. Egg Yolk                     75 gr
      Sugar                         125 gr

B. Gelantin                        40 gr
     Fresh Milk                  100 gr
     Kiwi Puree                 250 gr
     Rich Whipping            500 gr
     Rich's Cream (whipped)

Method :  
1.Whisk part A until fluffy
2.Melt part B boiling until melted, pour the mixture in A 
   blend  both mixture until it cool
3.Then stir together gently.
4.Using a torten ring. Place one layer of sponge Pandan Cake
    into and round the torten ring, Pour on the mixture. Freezer it.
5. Finally use Richs Topping Fresh Cream for topping decorate 
    with fresh fruit and kiwi fruit jam as desired.
