banana cake recipe

Here is a very easy to make banana cake recipe that tastes delicious:

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
3 ripe bananas
1 cup water
½ teaspoon baking soda
eggs and oil the same as what the cake mix calls for

Directions:

With a hand mixer, beat the pealed ripe bananas, add the cake mix, baking soda, water, eggs and oil.

Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan or two 8 inch round pans at 350 degrees until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean (approximately 40 minutes).

This recipe can be adapted to make just about any type of fruit flavored cake, just change the type of fruit that you add and you may what to change the flavor of the cake mix too.
